Service Delivery Policy

We rent a photobooth with crew, at your venue. Nothing is posted or couriered, so there is no shipping to describe. This page sets out what is delivered instead, where, and by when.

Nothing is shipped

There are no goods to dispatch, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. Everything you pay for is either performed at your venue on the day or delivered to you online afterwards.

Where we deliver

We serve Kuantan, Pekan, Gambang and Kemaman. Transport is included for events inside Kuantan city. Beyond a 35 km radius we add RM2.60 per km, worked out from your venue and quoted to you before it is charged.

The venue must have a permanent roof and a solid, level floor. If your venue does not meet that, we say so before taking the booking rather than after.

On the day

Our crew arrive approximately 60 minutes before your booked start time, and the booth is tested and ready 15 minutes before it begins.

The booth then runs for the full number of hours you booked. Setup and pack-down happen outside those hours, so none of your time is spent watching us unpack.

Prints are handed to guests at the booth as they are taken, with no limit on how many. This is the main thing you are buying and it is delivered live, in front of you.

Guests can also scan a QR code at the booth to receive their photographs on their phones during the event.

Add-ons

A guest book set is assembled at the booth through the evening and handed to you in person at the end of the event. It is not posted afterwards.

After the event

Your private client gallery microsite is delivered within 48 hours of the event, with every high-resolution photograph ready to download or share. The link is sent to the WhatsApp number on your booking.

The gallery stays online for 90 days, which is set out in our Privacy Policy along with what happens to the files afterwards.

The photostrip design

Once your booking is paid we contact you to design your photostrip frame. You approve a draft before anything is printed, and the design is finalised 14 days before the event so there is time to test it on real paper.

If we cannot deliver

If we cancel for any reason within our control, you are refunded in full and we help you find a replacement supplier as far as we are able. Equipment failure, short service and circumstances outside our control are all covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
