These terms cover the photobooth rental service provided by Workhardt Art, trading as Kenangan Kita. By paying the RM100 deposit, you accept them.

1. Booking, payment and rescheduling

Booking deposit: a RM100 deposit is required to confirm your date. A slot is not considered held until the payment receipt is sent and the booking form is completed.

Balance: the full remaining balance must be settled at the latest 3 days before the event date.

Cancellation: the deposit is not refunded if you cancel within 60 days or less of the event date.

Rescheduling: any change of date is subject to a slot being available on the new date requested.

2. Venue requirements

Roof and floor: Kenangan Kita provides service in spaces that have a permanent roof and a solid, level floor. This includes covered areas outside the main building, such as a covered walkway or a porch. Open-sky spaces, and grass or sand underfoot, cannot be accepted: the equipment must be fully sheltered from direct sunlight, rain and strong wind, and the floor must hold the weight of the booth.

Working space: the customer must provide a flat area of at least 10 × 10 feet for the booth equipment and the guest queue.

Power supply: a stable electrical power source must be available within 5 metres of the setup location.

Setup time: crew arrive approximately 60 minutes early to set up. The booth will be ready for testing 15 minutes before the operating hours begin.

External vendor fees: any charge, entry fee or deposit imposed by the venue management (such as a hotel or hall) on outside vendors is to be borne and arranged entirely by the customer.

3. Operations and liability

Operating hours: the service runs for the number of hours agreed in the booking form. Delays to the event do not extend the operating hours except by agreement with the crew, and additional charges may apply.

Care of equipment: the customer is responsible for ensuring guests use the equipment and props carefully.

Damage: any damage to equipment (camera, printer, lighting, screen) or props caused by negligence or rough handling by guests is the financial responsibility of the customer.

Idle time: if the customer asks for the photobooth to be set up earlier than the agreed operating hours, an idle time charge of RM30 per hour applies, capped at RM100.

4. Privacy and image rights

Promotional use: Kenangan Kita reserves the right to use photos from the event for promotional purposes (social media and portfolio) unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before the event begins.

5. Technical issues

Minor technical faults: we will attempt to fix any fault immediately. Affected operating time may be made up and added to the end of the session.

Major equipment failure: if the photobooth cannot operate at all, a pro-rata refund will be made based on the remaining unused service time.

Force majeure: no refund is given for service cancelled due to extreme weather or an electrical supply failure at the event venue.

6. Travel and mileage

Quotes include transport for the Kuantan city area. For events beyond a 35 km radius, an additional mileage charge of RM2.60 per km applies, based on the distance to your venue.

7. No reselling

The customer is strictly prohibited from imposing any charge, ticket or usage fee on attending guests, or otherwise reselling this photobooth service. If this is detected, Kenangan Kita reserves the right to stop the service immediately with no refund.

8. Acceptance of terms

By paying the RM100 deposit, you automatically agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
