Photobooth rental in Pekan
Pekan is about forty minutes south of our base, down the coast road. Close enough that we arrive early rather than in a rush, and often enough that we already know how the halls down there are wired.
Most Pekan events are village weddings
Our work here is far more home and community-hall receptions than hotel ballrooms. The booth suits that: one ordinary power point, no internet needed to print, and a crew who will happily carry the kit in through the back door if that is the easier way.
From Halaman to Ancasa Royale
We have set up for a wedding reception at Halaman, and for CIMB's corporate raya open house at Ancasa Royale. Two very different events, but the booth needs the same three things either way: level ground, a roof overhead, and a power point that is not shared with the kitchen.
Transport is quoted before you pay
Pekan sits outside our 35 km free radius, so there is a travel charge at RM2.60 per kilometre. For most Pekan venues it lands at the lower end of the RM100 to RM150 range. The exact figure is in the written quotation before you pay anything, and it does not move afterwards.

Straight pricing
Pick how many hours you need, then pick your print size. Every package includes unlimited printing, a custom photostrip design, props, a backdrop, crew on site and both sharing microsites.
Choose your print size
The classic strip. Four poses down one tall ribbon of paper, the kind that ends up on a fridge door or inside a wallet.
Same booth, bigger paper. Instead of a narrow strip, everyone gets a full postcard-sized 4R print. It photographs better, frames properly, and feels like a gift rather than a token.
Upsize is available on the 3, 4 and 5 hour packages.

What is the transport charge to Pekan?

Can you set up in a village hall?
Yes, and that is most of our Pekan work. The booth needs about 10 × 10 feet of level ground and one ordinary power point within 5 metres. It does not need internet to print, so a hall with no signal is fine.
Can the booth go under a canopy tent?
Yes, if the tent genuinely has a roof and the floor underneath is hard and level, such as concrete or paving. What we cannot take is a booth on grass or sand under open sky: soft ground will not hold the booth's weight, and direct sun fades the prints. If you are unsure, send a photo of the space on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight.
How much does photobooth rental cost in Pekan?
The package prices are the same as Kuantan, starting at RM700, with the travel charge to Pekan added. We do not mark the package up because you are out of town; only the real travel cost is added, and it is listed separately.
