Choose your backdrop, we design the rest
Two backdrop families, twelve colours, and a photostrip laid out from scratch for your event. All of it is included in the package price. None of it is an upsell.
The backdrops
Pick one for your event. Swapping between colours on the night is not possible, so it is worth deciding early and telling us in the enquiry.
The Velvets
Heavy pile velvet. It catches the booth lighting and gives depth behind the group, which is what makes a photo look expensive rather than flat. Best for evening receptions and formal dinners.

The Plains
Flat matte cloth with no sheen. It stays quiet behind a busy outfit or a patterned baju, and photographs cleanly under any lighting. Best for daytime events and anything with strong colours in the dress code.

Colours here are indicative. Fabric reads differently in person, especially velvet, so ask us for a photo of the exact backdrop before you settle on one.
The photostrip
Every strip is laid out from scratch around your names, your date and your colours. We send you a draft to approve, and the design is finalised 2 weeks before the event.

If your own designer is supplying artwork, this is what it needs to be. Anything else gets scaled and will not print sharp.
Photo windows
The shape the photos are cut to on the strip. Pick one, or send us something of your own.
Rectangle
Square corners. The classic strip, and the one that suits a formal design.
Rounded
Softened corners. Reads warmer, and it is the most forgiving with busy backdrops.
Oblique
Angled edges. Adds movement to a strip that would otherwise be four still rectangles.
Clouds
Scalloped edges. Playful, and popular for birthdays, aqiqah and anything with children.
Custom
Your own shape. Send us the outline and we cut the windows to it.
How the design gets made

Tell us the details
Names, date, theme colours, and the backdrop you picked. A photo of the invitation card is usually enough for us to match the whole look.

We send a draft
Usually within a few days of your deposit. You get the strip exactly as it will print, not a rough idea of it.
- 03
You approve it
Changes are free until you are happy with it. The design is finalised 2 weeks before the event, so nothing changes after that and there is no rush on the day.
